Clay Bootcamp Claude Code Fame for GTM Engineers

Go from Claude Code FOMO
to Claude Code ‘fame’ in 2 weeks.

Join the top 1% GTMEs with a Claude Code “Mafia” engineered to skyrocket your productivity and visibility, fast – a quickstart program from Clay Bootcamp πŸ₯Ύ.

Claude Code mania exists for a reason: AI-first GTMEs are becoming ferociously productive.

But the secret to turning that productivity into profit is to take one more step and start building in public.

Be honest – most people, maybe even you, wait their whole lives on the sidelines.

This cohort is for those who are sick of waiting as the world flies by.

This 2-week cohort is engineered to help you acquire in-demand Claude Code skills in Week 1, then ship and demo your own build to a tight-knit “Mafia” of peers in Week 2 — while you shout it from the LinkedIn rooftops. We’ll rise together.

This new program distills everything we’ve learned from 2.5 years of helping launch careers with Clay Bootcamp πŸ₯Ύ (10+ week program), plus the 3 previous Claude Code cohorts which have already led multiple participants to new jobs, new clients, and promotions.

If you get in, this can be your doorway to a whole new way of being in the world.

You crave to unlock Claude Code's power.
Enter a new world of opportunity
with a kickstart.

You've seen the Twitter demos. You've felt the pit in your stomach when another "non-technical founder" ships something in a weekend that would've taken you months to spec out and hand off.

You know Claude Code and a little visibility could change your career. But every time you open the terminal, you freeze. "This is for developers, not me." So you close the laptop and tell yourself you'll figure it out later. Same with LinkedIn.

Here's what nobody tells you: the gap between you and those builders is no longer technical. With Claude Code, you now have the superpower to build useful tools β€” without knowing how to code.

That's exactly what this program will help you do.

Previous cohorts had massive breakthroughs – Here's what they achieved:

Landed a 3x-salary GTM Engineering job β€” from posting his builds on LinkedIn

13,000 companies scraped in 20 minutes

“I opened my Claude Code terminal, launched a command, triggered agents and subagents, and it literally pulled out a list of 13,000 companies in 20 minutes. I was just blown away. We're now rethinking whether we even need to hire — we're asking: can we solve that problem by increasing Claude Code limits instead?”

“One of the best Claude Code coaches in the world”

“I think Tanay is one of the best Claude Code coaches out there in the world currently. I can't thank him enough. I've started using Claude Code in a lot of my work. It gives me massive productivity leverage.”

Practical skills she applied immediately

“It wasn't just about learning one specific skill. I could immediately see how to apply it to lots of other use cases. I was able to directly apply learnings to my own agency website. It allowed me to really zero in on my messaging, and it gave me something I could actually send to people when they asked what I do.”

Already applying it at her company

“At my company, Kapwork, I've already been able to apply what I learned. I rebuilt our landing page, connected our CRM with Claude Code, and even started creating images and videos using it. We're now planning to use these outputs in our actual workflows, which has been really exciting.”

A clear north star for projects

“As a non-programmer, this foundation provides a clear 'north star' for my projects. The pacing, teaching style, and overall content far surpassed my expectations.

5 client automations in 1 hour

“I spent ALL of last Friday trying to debug code... This morning I told Claude Code what I needed and the magic happened β€” it did it for me in 2 minutes. In 1 hour, I set up the automation for 5 client channels. ONE HOUR.

Scalable landing pages at scale

“I think I've avoided these custom landing pages for a very long time. It looks like we have a template now and I can replicate it for hundreds and thousands of companies.

Claude Code is creating 10x GTMEs. In just 2 weeks, you'll be one, too.

You're here to become the GTM engineer who's known for building things that create impact.

The one to hire. The person on the team who doesn't wait for a developer. Who doesn't file a ticket and wait two sprints. Who opens a terminal, describes what they need, and ships it before lunch.

You'll become the go-to when something important needs to get done – and because of this your skills will keep on snowballing long after you graduate the cohort.

What you'd do in the cohort:

The projects you build in this cohort are real and useful. But the bigger thing you walk away with is the muscle memory to build whatever you need, whenever you need it, and the confidence and habits to show off your work.

The syllabus – 2 weeks to Claude Code fluency

Week 1, Mon–Tue: Ship Fast, Build Habits

You'll go from "I've never opened a terminal" to deploying a live website with a custom domain β€” in the first session. By the end of Tuesday, you'll have Git fundamentals locked in and a portfolio piece live on the internet.

Week 1, Wed: Async Build Day

No live session. You take what you learned in Mon/Tue and apply it to your own project β€” your own landing page, your own portfolio piece. We share assignments and a GitHub workflow to follow. Use the Mafia channel to unblock.

Week 1, Thu–Fri: Build an Investigative Research Agent

You'll build an AI-powered agent that connects to live data sources using MCPs that actually investigates prospects and companies. Pulling news, identifying decision-makers, finding their public statements, and assembling outreach angles with evidence. This is the kind of tool that makes senior AEs ask "how the f did you find this?!"

Week 2, Mon: Open Build Day (optional)

Bring your own build. A 90-minute open session where you build something real β€” your own use case, your own dataset, your own problem to solve β€” and we troubleshoot live alongside you. Use the time to prep for Demo Day on Tuesday.

Week 2, Tue: Demo Day (optional)

Showtime. You get a 5–10 minute hot seat to demo what you built, walk us through how it works, and answer questions from the room. The best demos get featured in the Clay Bootcamp Claude Code repo as case studies of real GTM engineers using Claude Code in the wild.

The format:

Your schedule:

Day Type Time Focus

Your coach: Tanay Mishra

I'm not a developer. That's the whole point.

I've spent 10+ years in marketing automation β€” Infusionsoft, ManyChat, Zapier, Make, n8n β€” figuring out how to make technology do what business people actually need. I coach at Clay Bootcamp, where I help GTM engineers build robust systems that drive pipeline.

When Claude Code came out, I realized this tool was a strong fit for non-developers like us β€” people who understand business problems but never had a way to build technical solutions ourselves.

Now I've taught Claude Code to Clay's own team. And I've coached a dozen GTM professionals through their first builds β€” most of whom had never touched a terminal before.

I don't teach computer science. I teach non-technical people how to build real things with AI. That's it.

Join a powerful Claude Code tribe that lasts long after the program ends

When you graduate, you get lifetime access to a private community of 120+ GTM engineers who are building with Claude Code right now.

These are operators in the trenches β€” building Clay workflows, automating outbound, shipping tools, and pushing the boundaries of what non-technical people can do.

They share wins. They give feedback on each other's builds. They open doors.

This is the room you want to be in.

$500 to become a Claude Code power user in the limelight.

(We should be charging thousands for this.)

Yes. This program is creating a new generation of super-productive, very visible Claude-Code-using GTMEs.

$500 to learn how to build these things yourself β€” in 2 weeks β€” with live help when you're stuck.

Then learn how to put yourself out there and become known for your skills.

One project or promotion pays for the program. The skill pays for itself forever.

Frequently Asked Questions

What times are the sessions?

All live sessions run 9:00–10:30 AM ET. Week 1 teaching sessions run Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (Wed is an async build day, no live call). Week 2 has an optional Open Build session (Mon) and an optional Demo Day (Tue). The cohort runs May 25 – June 2, 2026.

Do I need any technical experience?

No. Seriously. If you've used Zapier or written a spreadsheet formula, you have more than enough. I designed this for people who've never opened a terminal.

What if I fall behind?

That's what the Mafia pod and Week 2 Open Build session are for. You'll have peers commenting on your work daily, and Week 2 Monday is dedicated to live troubleshooting on your own build. If you're stuck, we fix it together. Nobody gets left behind.

What's the time commitment?

Week 1: 4 live teaching sessions, 90 mins each (~6 hours live) plus async Build Day on Wednesday. Week 2: 2 optional sessions, 90 mins each (~3 more hours live if you join them). Total ~9 hours of live time across the 2 weeks, plus whatever you spend building on your own (which, once you get going, you'll want to do).

What is Demo Day and is it required?

Demo Day is Week 2 Tuesday. You get a 5–10 minute hot seat to show the cohort what you built and walk us through how it works. It's optional but it's where the magic happens β€” strong demos get featured in the Clay Bootcamp Claude Code repo as case studies, which puts your work in front of the whole GTME world. If you want the LinkedIn flywheel to actually spin, this is the lever.

What is the LinkedIn "Mafia" pod and what's expected of me?

When you join, you get added to a private pod channel. Whenever any cohort member posts on LinkedIn about their build, everyone in the pod comments on it (real comments, not just likes β€” likes don't move the algorithm). The norm is 15 minutes of engagement before you post and 15 minutes after. This is the single biggest reason cohort grads see real traction on LinkedIn instead of posting into the void.

What if I can't make a session?

Sessions will be recorded. But the magic is in the live troubleshooting β€” so try to show up.

I'm already technical β€” is this too basic for me?

Probably. This is designed for non-technical GTM/RevOps/marketing folks. If you already use the terminal comfortably, you'll likely be bored.

Why should I trust you? You said you're not a developer.

Exactly. That's the point. I'm not going to teach you computer science. I'm going to show you how a non-technical person uses Claude Code to build real things β€” because that's what I do. And that's what you'll do.

What happens after the 2 weeks?

You keep your Private Community access β€” it doesn't go away when the cohort ends. You'll have the skills and the muscle memory to keep building, plus a network of GTM builders to learn with, share wins, and troubleshoot alongside. Graduates also get first access to future advanced cohorts.

What tools do I need to purchase to join?

The only thing you need is Claude Code. The Pro plan ($20/mo) works, but honestly β€” if you want to push Claude Code to its limits during the learning phase, I highly recommend the Max plan ($100/mo), which you can downgrade at the end of the month. You can also top up your usage wallet for a smaller, arbitrary amount. Fair warning: on the Pro plan, you will almost certainly run out of usage quickly, especially while we're testing and experimenting.

20 seats. May 2026. $500.

This is for the GTM engineer who's so done watching from the sidelines.

You don't need to become a developer. You need 2 weeks and a bit of grit. Let's do this.
